Welcome to EcoMaid Miami! These Terms of Service describe our policies and procedures regarding your bookings. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Bookings and Services

  • We reserve the right to adjust or modify the services in your booking to ensure the highest quality service. Should we feel unable to meet your booking requirements or that the requested service falls outside our policy, we reserve the right to decline the service.
  • Upon scheduling, a confirmation email will be sent outlining the details of your service and any special requests. Please review it to ensure accuracy.

2. Flat-Rate Service

  • Our flat-rate services are priced based on the quality and completion of the job, not the time taken to complete it. We do not offer discounts if the service is completed faster or slower than expected.
  • EcoMaid Miami does not provide cleaning services for outdoor areas, biohazard materials, or inside machinery such as dishwashers, washing machines, and inside stove hoods.
  • We provide time estimates based on your request, but we cannot guarantee how long the cleaning appointment will take.

3. Time-Limited Bookings

  • If you choose to limit the booking to a specified amount of time, we cannot guarantee that the entire job will be completed within that time frame. The quality of service remains our priority.

4. Special Instructions and Supplies

  • Our cleaning professionals bring all necessary supplies. If you prefer certain products to be used, please leave them at the premises along with instructions for their use.
  • The cleaners do not bring ladders or step stools. If you require cleaning of high or hard-to-reach areas, please provide a safe means of access.

5. Junk Removal and Preparation

  • Cleaners cannot remove large debris or junk larger than a few regular-sized trash bags. Please ensure that large items are removed or relocated prior to the scheduled cleaning.
  • For additional services like cleaning cabinets or defrosting freezers, please ensure that these areas are emptied prior to the cleaning appointment.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  • You may cancel or reschedule your service without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee], unless in cases of emergency or mutual agreement.

7. Property and Liability

  • EcoMaid Miami is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of customer-provided cleaning supplies or equipment. We encourage the use of our professional-grade supplies unless a specific product is required.
  • While our cleaners take the utmost care, please notify us within 24 hours if any damage occurs during the service.

8. Pets and Privacy

  • For the safety of our cleaners, please secure pets during the cleaning process.

9. Updates to Our Terms
